- Perform Troubleshooting, SW Upgrade and CARE Support for Nokia Siemens NetAct and Traffica

- Responsible for Installation and Test of Updates at Nokia Siemens and/or customer premises.

- Perform Commissioning, Configuration, Provisioning and Integration of new Regional Cluster in NetAct

- Perform Configuration of Regional Cluster and SPLIT Process.

- Responsible for Acceptance Testing at Nokia Siemens and/or customer's premises.

- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
